Review: 71216 Dimensions Samurai Mech Fun Pack

The Lego Dimensions line debuted late in 2015.  This set is tied for third highest piece count of the first wave of Fun Packs and has some interesting pieces so I've decided to review it.

Box.  MSRP is $14.99 for a $0.25 Price per Piece.

Instructions.

Minifig.

Parts 1.  The base ine the lower right of the picture might make a good base for a flight stand.  Which is probably what I'm going to use it for once I dig out the Frame it'll be attached to.

Parts 2.  There's a fair amount of good parts here.  Ball Joints, Clip Plates, Bar Plates, a Truncated Cone, Slopes, Brackets, and that 3-Way  Ball Joint everyone seems to like.

Build.  Kind of awkward, but it works.

The Questions:
Can you build something -- a frame, station, or starship -- right away?
Yes.  (+5)
Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio?  Above.  (-10)
(The Golden Ratio is $0.10 per part.)
If you can't build a frame right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts?  Yes.  (+5)
Score: +5 (B+).  Don't be fooled by that decent score, this is not that great a set.
