Review: 30405 Friends Stephanie's Hockey Practice Polybag

I was in the Greater Boston area the other day so I decided to visit the Legoland Discovery Center.  I found a few polybags that haven't hit general circulation yet.  In general the pricing for the sets they sell is competitive, but the polybgs and Pick-A-Brick cups are overpriced.

Bag.  I paid $5.00 for a $0.13 Price per Piece.

Instructions.

Minifig.

Parts.  Nothing really remarkable here.  The
Red 1x1 Round Plates in the lower right
corner are the new Flower pieces though.

Build.  A couple of small Stations.

The Questions:
Can you build something -- a frame, station, or starship -- right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Is it below, at, or above the golden ratio?  Above.  (-10)  (The Golden Ratio is $0.10 per part.)
If you can't build a frame right away, or choose not to, does it have parts you should be able to put into use right away?  Yes.  (+5)
Does it have more than a handful of immediately useful parts?  No.  (-5)
Score: -5 (B-).  Buy it if you're a completist .or really need the parts.
